Αντιπροσωπεία της Κοινότητας των Κατειλημμένων Προσφυγικών στην Αθήνα πήγε χθες στις Βρυξέλες και το Ευρωπαϊκό Κοινοβούλιο, ζητώντας να σταματήσει η χρηματοδότηση της ΕΕ που συνδέεται με τη σχεδιαζόμενη έξωση της ιστορικής Κοινότητας των Προσφυγικών στο κέντρο της Αθήνας. Μαζί τους συγκεντρώθηκαν 250 αλληλέγγυοι από 15 πόλεις και 6 χώρες. Καθώς μέλη της οικογένειας και φίλοι της βελγίδας απεργού πείνας Suzon Doppagne. Prosfygika Delegation in Brussels, Demands Halt to the EU-Funded Eviction
Plan and Protection of 400 Residents and Two Hunger Strikers
BRUSSELS, June, 4 2026 — A delegation representing the Community of Squatted
Prosfygika in Athens went yesterday in front of the European Parliament to call on
European Union officials to halt funding connected to the planned eviction of the historic
Prosfygika community in central Athens.
While 250 participants from around 15 different cities and 6 different countries as well as
friends and family members of the beligian hunger striker Suzon Doppagne demonstrated
against the eviction plans outside the European Parliament, one part of the delegation
scheduled inside meetings with different Members of the European Parliament.
Today at 4 pm a public press conference in Brussels will happen in
